Senior Product Manager (f/m/x)

What are the main performance objectives in this role?

We’re looking for our first Senior Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of managing and shaping our internal tools and BI analytics product roadmap. In this critical role, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and execution to drive innovation, improve operations, and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.

  1. Define and execute product vision and strategy: Set a clear direction for our APH and AI tools, aligning product goals with company objectives to maximize client revenue potential.
  2. Manage the product lifecycle: Oversee end-to-end product development, from ideation to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  3. Prioritize and build roadmaps: Act as the central point of contact for managing incoming requests, identifying key features, and prioritizing initiatives to create a cohesive roadmap that drives measurable impact.
  4. Enhance adoption and usability: Increase adoption rates of BI analytics and internal tools across business teams by delivering products that improve operations and user experience.
  5. Collaborate across teams: Act as the bridge between engineering, business, and operations teams, fostering cohesion to meet revenue and service objectives.
  6. Measure and drive product success: Define and monitor product KPIs, making data-driven decisions to ensure the product delivers value to clients and internal stakeholders.

  2. Technical fluency: You understand technical documentation (e.g., API integrations) and can work closely with engineers to define detailed scopes for tasks.
  3. Strong project management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute a product roadmap with precision.
  4. Collaborative leadership: Experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product launches and continuous improvements.
  5. Data-driven decision making: You can measure product success, analyze performance metrics, and iterate to drive user adoption and revenue growth.
  6. Advertising product & platform knowledge: You have experience delivering a full product cycle in the advertising space - our current focus is on developing a product that enhances the media buying process with OEMs.
  7. Frontend & usability insight: Some experience working on the frontend or usability aspects of a product/platform to ensure a smooth user experience.
