What are the main performance objectives in this role?
As we continue to scale our activities in the SEA market, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Jakarta. This role focuses on building our portfolio in the region by up-selling and cross-selling our solutions to our portfolio advertisers.
The ideal candidate should have a client-centric mindset, is a teamplayer, and able to work cross-regional in a distributed work environment, and speak Chinese as they'd also have some Chinese advertisers in their portfolio! They'll be the founding member of the market so there'll be a lot of room for opportunities as our presence in the region grows.
- Client management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success while addressing their unique needs in the SEA region.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions, providing excellent customer service tailored to the cultural nuances of Korea.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate challenges related to attribution, OEM advertising, and other industry-specific areas.
- Brand awareness: Increase the visibility and recognition of AVOW in the region.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent and promote AVOW's brand.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to boost brand awareness.
- Technical expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to support clients and manage responsibilities independently, ensuring seamless operations despite time zone differences with the rest of the team..
- Take ownership of client projects and initiatives, working autonomously to deliver results in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales team and other internal departments, ensuring alignment and consistency in client communications and strategies.
