What are the main performance objectives in this role?
AVOW is an award-winning global app growth company specializing in mobile OEM advertising. With 100+ advertisers and partnerships with leading mobile OEMs, we give clients access to over 1.5 billion daily active users and deliver more than 10 million monthly downloads. Our proprietary tech, AVOW Intelligence, and co-founded platform KYLN help game developers and app advertisers scale effectively across premium OEM channels.
We’re now looking for an AdOps Manager who can jump straight into a fast-paced, global environment and take full ownership of campaign troubleshooting and SLA performance in the APAC time zone.
What you’ll achieve in your first 6–12 months
Your success will be measured by outcomes — not just activity. In this role, you will:
Own SLA performance: Take full responsibility for your tickets from start to finish, contributing to the team’s 90% SLA target. Proactively follow up with MMPs, partners, and internal teams until resolution is achieved.
Troubleshoot with expertise: Independently diagnose and resolve campaign setup and performance issues, from MMP discrepancies to integration errors. Have a strong hold on MMP set up.
Manage tickets end-to-end: Confidently take tickets without support from day one, escalating only when necessary, and ensure results align with campaign KPIs.
Bridge technical gaps: Support CSMs and AMs on technical calls with advertisers when required — explaining setup steps, resolving integration hurdles, and ensuring clients’ technical readiness.
Maintain global handover quality: Collaborate closely with team members in other time zones (Argentina, EMEA) to ensure smooth ticket transitions and zero missed follow-ups.
What are the strengths, transferable skills, and behaviors that drive success in this role?
You’ll fit right in if you have
Experience with MMPs (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, Singular) and strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and campaign setup workflows.
AdTech knowledge: Familiarity with OEM advertising and/or working with media partners and publishers.
Problem-solving mindset: Relentlessly seek answers, ask “why” until you find the root cause, and never drop an unresolved issue.
Attention to detail: Zero tolerance for errors in campaign setup and handover.
Stakeholder communication skills: Ability to clearly and persistently follow up with both internal and external stakeholders until resolution.
