(Junior) Media Buying Manager (m/f/x)

What are the main performance objectives in this role?

As we continue to scale our media buying operations, we are looking for a hands-on Media Buyer to join our team. You are analytical, execution-focused, and genuinely obsessed with making campaigns work — someone who finds satisfaction in setting up a campaign, optimizing bids, and watching performance improve.

Your Mission

  • Run and optimize campaigns across all main OEM sources, taking full ownership of setup, execution, and bidding

  • Make campaigns profitable through continuous, data-driven optimization through OEM platforms, Quicksight, Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Develop deep familiarity with all OEM sources and contribute to source exploration as you grow into the role

What are the strengths, transferable skills, and behaviors that drive success in this role?

Must-haves

  • Strong analytical foundation — you're comfortable working with data in Excel and Google Sheets

  • A genuine enthusiasm for running campaigns — you want to understand why something works, not just that it does

  • Fast learner with an execution mindset — you get things done and don't wait to be told twice


Nice-to-haves

  • Some knowledge of SQL or other querying tools

  • Background in mobile gaming or app marketing
