Head of Supply (f/m/x)

What are the main performance objectives in this role?

  • Lead & Scale the Supply Organization: Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing global team of approximately 15 people (with two team leads reporting directly to you) across Berlin, China, and Bangalore, optimizing workloads and reducing single-person dependencies.

  • Own OEM & Supply Partnerships: Manage and deepen relationships with our premium mobile OEM partners. Steer strategic initiatives across Google PAI, branding, discover ads, and other unique supply opportunities. 

  • Drive Commercial Performance: Own supply-side revenue targets, inventory yields, and margin optimization while translating traffic trends and data into clear growth decisions. 

  • Build Bridges Across the Company: Collaborate closely with demand-side stakeholders (Sales, CSM) and tech to align supply capabilities with advertiser needs and improve cross-functional processes. 


What Does Success Look Like in Your First 6–12 Months?

  • Unified Team Structure: Both supply teams will operate under a clear, unified structure with strong team leads and healthy workload distribution.  

  • Measurable Growth: You will have measurably grown supply revenue and inventory yields with a more diversified partner and platform mix.  

  • Strengthened Partnerships: OEM and key platform relationships are strengthened, with at least one new strategic platform or market opening initiated.  

  • Seamless Collaboration: Collaboration between the supply and demand functions runs smoothly on improved, well-documented processes.

What are the strengths, transferable skills, and behaviors that drive success in this role?

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven experience leading, scaling, and coaching international, cross-cultural teams.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong background in yield management, margin optimization, and driving revenue growth on the supply side of ad tech. 

  • Relationship Management: Outstanding ability to manage, negotiate, and deepen relationships with premium mobile OEMs and major platform partners.  

  • Analytical & Process-Oriented: A data-driven decision-maker who can translate complex traffic trends into actionable strategies and build structured, cross-functional workflows.
