Lead & Scale the Supply Organization: Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing global team of approximately 15 people (with two team leads reporting directly to you) across Berlin, China, and Bangalore, optimizing workloads and reducing single-person dependencies.
Own OEM & Supply Partnerships: Manage and deepen relationships with our premium mobile OEM partners. Steer strategic initiatives across Google PAI, branding, discover ads, and other unique supply opportunities.
Drive Commercial Performance: Own supply-side revenue targets, inventory yields, and margin optimization while translating traffic trends and data into clear growth decisions.
Build Bridges Across the Company: Collaborate closely with demand-side stakeholders (Sales, CSM) and tech to align supply capabilities with advertiser needs and improve cross-functional processes.
